the local EXPERTS BEHIND

Embrace Slow Living in Alpine Huts

Born and brought up in this stunning alpine region, Clara, our in-destination Local Partner, feels 100% at peace when outdoors. With a Masters in sustainable tourism and a deep connection with her local community and landscape, she knows what kind of adventure tourism her region needs, wants, and can handle. Clara has worked with local guide Saverio to create this breath-taking hut to hut alpine adventure. Born and raised in Valtellina, Saverio belongs to the mountains and has spent his life hiking, climbing, skiing, and cycling them. In his words, time spent in the mountains brings an intimate and limitless journey where we can all have incredible experiences regardless of the terrain, the challenges, or our own abilities. Saverio believes that we need a better balance between people and nature which is why he's so happy to be a member of Slow Adventure so that he can contribute to this.
